This is my personal blog. I tried to start to blog back in 2003 but I stopped when one of my blog was closed and another problem is I don’t know what to write. I don’t think my lige is that interesting to write about and I read about other blog it seems like it’s only the privileged ones who succeeded. But everything changed when I become a mother suddenly I feel I need to put in writing all what I feel because whenever I see my son growing faster I have to do something.

Why Filipinamom?

I used filipinamom as my username when I started using wordpress.com a free blogging software not because I posing as a perfect filipinamom which I’m not I’m still on the learning process how to be a great mom to my son. Every Filipina can call itself Filipina because that who we are and I’m proud of it.

There was a site called newfilipina.com or bagongpinay.com which I found very informative and from that time I already have some thing in mind I just wasn’t used to put my opinions in writings. From then on I send that link to women in my group but somehow I became occupied with something but now I’m glad that I encountered www.newfilipina.com again.
