Mental Block or Blog Block

7 Sep

It’s been quite a while now I haven’t posted anything since we left for the Philippines.

And there’s a lot reason why:

  • Suddenly I forgot my pin code even my email where I keep it I can not access. It’s just my mind suddenly went on holiday/vacation mode. Well the culprit is the tools which makes life easier but makes your memory dull just let the computer remember all  my accounts pin code. I’m using Flock as a web browser which is a fantastic browser but when I cleared all the cookies because I got some spams and so as my codes vanish.  I reset most of the passwords almost a uniform for all my accounts somewhere somehow my I can’t my email what ever I do I can not recover.
  • I was down with a flu 2 days before our flight back home in Denmark then when we arrived went to school right away and next day cooked some foods to sell in our both in the International Day in Copenhagen.  Then next day totally exhausted and down with the flu-high fever, terrible headache and sore throat. Went to the doctor who prescribe penicillin because obviously I got throat and ear infections.  I’m was a little hesitant to go tot he doctor because they will not give any antobiotic if you just got a viral infection but this time it’s bacterial so they gave me penicillin 800mg 3x a day.  I was bedridden 4 days I think I had some bedsores.

So next time

  • I will log in manually and try to more mind exercises. Actually I introduce some mind exercise in my class like name that city in a certain continent or name that country and many more and my class was wild with it now they mane all countries in Africa.  Some nice mind exercise is puzzle and sudoko but I’m not fond of it and I hate numbers (and I’m an engineer hahahaha ).  I remember most mobile and phone numbers of my friends and family because you can not rely on your phones memory once it lost your contacts are lost.  It’s very important to memorize important numbers in case of emergency.
  • Try to eat healthy food and eat my vitamins especially Vitamin C and fish oil or my multi vitamins even during vacations.  Juggling between school works and  house chore and  minding an active pre schooler is tiring.  Remember we aren’t getting younger.
  • Try to finish all the postings I save on my draft and post it.
